We want you to love your Cynthia Rowley purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
